Baptism

Here is a straightforward way to explain baptism:

Baptism is a symbol to show the world that you love, trust, and have put your hope in Christ. It’s like a wedding ring.

Let’s say; I’m not married right now, but if I put a wedding ring on my finger, would that make me married? No, of course not.

Similarly, I can be baptized in a church, but that doesn’t make me a true believer in Christ.

Imagine that I was married, though. My husband and I did go through the marriage ceremony, but I didn’t have my ring on my finger. Would that mean I wasn’t married? No way, of course, I would still be married. Similarly, I can be a believer in Christ but not baptized, and my sins are still paid for and forgiven by God.

But imagine that I indeed was married and I truly loved my husband. Would I wear my wedding ring? Of course! I would love my husband and want the whole world to know it!

In the same way, if I have trusted Christ to save me from sin, and He is the lord and joy of my life, I’ll want everyone to know about it. So baptism is a statement to everyone who sees it has trusted Christ for my salvation, and I’m committed to living for Him.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

“We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death. Just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.” Romans 6:4

Baptism does not make you a believer; it shows that you already are one! Baptism does not ‘save’ you; only your faith in Christ does that.

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.” Ephesians 2:8, 9

A Blessed Life:

In baptism, the believer has the triune name of the triune God placed upon them, Father, Son & Holy Spirit. The name of the Lord Jesus Christ is the name of the Godhead (one God in three persons).

The Gospels tell us to baptize believers “… into the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit”, Matthew 28:19.

Baptism confirms our position ‘in Christ’ and affirms the blessings of the Father on us as his children.

Ultrasonic Receiver

HT90P – Ultrasonic Receiver

Are you aware that ultrasonic sound waves through ultrasonic generators are devices that can create ultrasonic sound waves? Ultrasonic sound waves can act as a safety deterrent or conditioning device.

Using an Ultrasonic Receiver, “Advanced Electronic Circuitry,” has enabled you to hear only Ultrasounds while rejecting normal sounds to determine what and where the sound is coming.

Positive Uses for Ultrasonic Sound Devices

Turn Away Unwanted Intruders who use Ultrasounds to Harass You or Family

The “HT90P– Ultrasonic Receiver” is unique as it is an ultrasonic heterodyning type listening device.

It’s fun and educational to listen intently to the fantastic world of high-frequency sounds. The Science world makes room for “entomology,” studying insects, bats, other animals and fauna; “animals of a particular region, habitat, or geological period.”

Don’t leave out such pesky, problems such leaking air, water, gas, steam, pipes, and such serious problems as machinery wear. These are only a few of the faults, which our Ultrasonic Receiver can detect.

Less worrisome distractions can involve animals or people traversing in the woods on dry ground, or even on a wet day. That old crumply plastic bag, coins swishing back and forth, a key chain twirling, or “rain drops falling on your head.” These are only a few of the distinguishable sounds this device can detect. Let’s not leave out the yet unrecognized sounds you haven’t yet defined.

Directional Reception – You Bet

It is useful to know in which direction the sound is originating. No problem, the “Ultrasonic Receiver allows you to detect the general location of ultrasound that may be used as harassment.”

This device is not made to hear normal audible sounds.

The World of High Frequency Sounds needs not be Beyond Frequency detect ability of the Human Ear.

Hack-Proof Passwords

Hack-Proof Passwords is a Necessity

We all need strong passwords, and why do they need to change often.

Computer security is a multi-million dollar business, and for a good reason. Please don’t use the same password per account. A strong password requires variety and a mix of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols.

Security professionals strongly recommend that passwords contain at least 10 characters.

Here is a creative way to remember passwords. Would you happen to have a favorite that is meaningful only to you, alone?

  • 1. One suggestion is to exchange a letter in the alphabet for the number of that letter in the alphabet. Example – Q177g26z1a15)0&7g or (w2325y8h151A
  • 2. It is crucial to “stay up” on mass cybersecurity breaches—like the one disclosed by Yahoo and Gmail.

SMISHING

How many of you are familiar with the term “SMISHING.”

Human skunks use their cell phones to trick people into believing the text they just received, notifying them by text that $5,000 was just withdrawn from their bank account.

When the “victim” is asked by the criminal whether they authorized the transaction, if the “victim” clicks on the link or calls the phone number, the criminal “caller” will try to get more information from the victim.

The criminal then asks the “victim” to verify or update their account information or reveal other personal details. What is not understandable is that people are more liable to trust a text over an email.

The criminals take advantage of the “illegally” obtained confidential information.

Many people will make the “destructive error” of answering the text.

So, the next time you receive a questionable or unusual message, Do Not Respond.

Instead, do the following:

a. Read the text carefully. Take a close look at the way the link is formed. Fraudulent link – www.ChaseBank123.com

  • b. The “123” usually signals that the link is invalid. (hacker’s link)
  • c. Please Do Not click on “any link” – without first investigating the course of the link.
  • Some scammers will dare you to click on your fraudulent link by writing; “Reply with “STOP” if you no longer want to receive these messages.

DANGER

  • If you make the mistake of clicking on the link, it tells the hackers that they have contacted a valid phone number and that someone will respond.
  • Don’t let the hackers “bait you” into responding back to them. NEVER call the number provided in the text message

Appropriate Action Steps

  • Instead, ignore the message.
  • Call your bank.
  • For any inquiry relating to your bank account, immediately call your bank at the number listed on your statement or on the back of your bank card.
  • Your bank shall advise you as to whether the text is legitimate and if any money was actually taken out of your account.
  • Check your phone number. Check to make sure there aren’t any unauthorized charges.
  • You need to know whether you have been enrolled in some type of subscription service by hackers.

Other people’s information is a multibillion-dollar “Black Market Business.”

FYI: Credible companies (especially banks) won’t ask you for personal information (or sensitive information) in a text message.

Hijacked Website – How To Keep Your Site Safe

Cruel betrayal is growing daily within numerous forms of business.

I looked forward to growing an online business so I could contribute to the safety of others’ lives. Because I was too trusting and failed to check out the web development I chose to build a website, my website was hijacked and destroyed. The dishonorable predatory company put me out of business for almost two years.

Lesson learned – don’t ever hire a web development company that retains your FTP file and domain name and insists on having complete control over your website. The dishonorable website development company that destroyed my website even went behind my back and registered my blog domain without my consent or knowledge.

The lesson here is that whoever has a proprietorship of the “company domain name owns the company.” You need to make sure you have control of your Domain Records (FTP Files) and their password.

Some web development companies will deliberately destroy your website and all the records and files to your former website.

Require that your domain records “FTP Files” remain in your possession.

Lesson Learned

The safest way to avoid becoming a victim of website hijacking is to learn to build your own website. Always keep your business records under your control.

By the Grace of Our Lord Jesus; two extremely knowledgeable and honorable friends are assisting me in the rebuilding of PDM Self Defense. Thank you sincerely, Rana and Barbara.

Roadside HERO – Emergency Prepared Equipment – Saves Lives

As a retired Firefighter I believe in this product I have one in my car and I have a few for the rest of my family.”

– Jack White Up until recently, if you wanted to be prepared for any issue large or small that life might throw at you on a journey, you essentially had to fill your trunk with countless items.
Worried that you might get in an accident and need to break out your windows?
1. Hope you have a glass breaker handy.
2. Do you want to make sure you’ll never be trapped after an accident by your seat belt? You’ll need a dedicated cutter by your side.
3. Are you worried that the essential little smartphone that you’ve come to rely on might die at the worst possible time? You’ll need a power bank – and probably a few – to guarantee that doesn’t happen.
4. Thankfully, the Roadside HERO has come along to change all of this, both for the better and for all time. In a lot of ways, it’s more than just another multi-function tool.
5. With nine different essential tools condensed into one convenient package, it’s truly poised to revolutionize this part of our lives the same way the iPhone did all those years ago.

Alternative Weapons for Self-Defense

Many people are searching for alternative weapons for self-defense. It is no longer necessary to choose between decisive lethal force and the uncertainty of less-lethal options. One of my primary concerns has always been the distance between the assailant and me. Since I can no longer run, the distance and fps that the projectile can cover are essential to me.

1. Distance the projectile can cover while still at 100% effectiveness. (Effective Engagement Distance)

2. Speed of the projectile to the intended target

3. Effective without a line of sight (a line from an observer’s eye to a distant point “target”)

4. Recoil FREE

How To Prepare For World War III: A Survival And Money Guide

So you’ve survived the pandemic. Congrats! Now there’s potentially World War III to deal with. Damn it. If World War III does happen, we should learn how to prepare now.

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine does have the possibility of starting the next World War. Imagine. Belarus joins Russia in the war. NATO fights back. The West levies massive sanctions against Russia. China backs up Russia. China invades Taiwan. Then the U.S. finally steps up.

If the U.S. gets heavily involved, then our citizens become at risk. Once a nuclear bomb hits America, billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg can retreat to over 700+ acres of now private Kauai land. He’s probably in Hawaii already.
