Returns Policy Summary
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy Summary
We currently only ship to addresses within the U.S. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations. For this reason, shipping and billing addresses must match, or we will not be able to process your order.

All orders are shipped through our courier partners.
Items can be ordered via the website and will be shipped as soon as possible. However, the seller does not carry any responsibility for any delays or if the item appears to be out of stock or there are delays due to COVID or any other circumstances out of sellers hands.
In some cases, shipping may take longer based on your location, which will be communicated to the buyer at the time of the order. Generally, items ship within 24 to 48 hours.
No international order shall be accepted.
When your package is scanned by our shipping provider, it automatically sends you an email with the tracking number included. Please refer to your tracking information to get an estimate on when you will receive your item(s).

We offer our customers quality products, but if for any reason, such as dissatisfaction or defect, we exchange or refund your order, all to ensure your satisfaction and maintain our transparency.
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase and wants to return it within 30 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided to the customer via email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees. After 30 days of delivery of the product, we shall be not liable to accept a return from the Customers.
In case, our customer support team accepts the return of your product. The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Voucher Exchanges to be used on our website within 30 days of issuance.
Ø DAMAGED PRODUCT
When the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the item is damaged, the customer has to send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).
In this case, we will reship a new item and the customer shall return the product as per our return policy. The Replacement will be made at our sole discretion.
If all the physical appearance of the item is correct, this case will not be included in the free re-shipping policy of incorrect items.
