Personal security aims to protect people from the threat of violence, harassment, hazing, abuse of supervisor’s authority, verbal abuse and discrimination.
Security involves relief from exposure to danger: acting against adverse forces—protecting a person against threats such as crime or attacks.
It is critically important to identify the risks of harm and injury so such forces can be eliminated, before anyone is harmed in any way
